Overview
Equity and the Law of Trusts is a core module and one of the seven foundations of legal knowledge that must be successfully completed by a law graduate in order to proceed to the next stage of training to qualify for the legal profession.
The broad aim of this module is to provide you with an intellectually stimulating and problem-based education in Equity and the Law of Trusts.
