The Department of Trade and Industry in South Africa has given SMMEs the ability to design and produce avionic components through the Aerospace Industry Support Initiative (AISI), which has led to import replacements and the expansion of SMMEs. NuAir Dynamics (NAD) is a representative SMME?

NAD’s organizational structure is straightforward and adaptable. Ten (10) persons are employed by the business. This group consists of General Manager (GM), James Manning, who is also the sole shareholder, together with 4 junior engineers, 3 technicians, and 3 administrative staff members. The GM has supported the establishment of a project management framework within the business during the past two years.

Based on the idea that this operational logic is more pertinent and will assist the small business in successfully interacting with clients and suppliers who are looking for increased efficiency, this is done.
