You are recently been appointed as the Head of Consultant of an FM consultancy firm to conduct life-cycle management (LCM) analysis for buildings such as university/college campuses, airport/seaport terminals, sports complex, hospital complex, hotels, manufacturing plants and other building complexes. The building that you would be looking into should be of the age of 10 years and above. The facilities operations run for 12 or 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. This TMA requires you to choose a building development for one of the above (non-residential building) which you have or can gain access to for your study.
