Assignment Details:

Develop a public relations (PR) toolkit for an actual sports club or National Sports Association (NSA) of your choice. Assume you are the PR representative for the club/NSA.

These include, for example, Singapore Rugby Union, Football Association of Singapore, Netball Singapore, Singapore Bowling Federation, Singapore Gymnastics, Singapore Badminton Association, Volleyball Association of Singapore, or any of the ActiveSG Academies.

Use the PowerPoint template provided for your presentation deck along with all the embedded files. These files can be edited and re-embedded as your final coursework submission.

There is no word count for this project but the resource must be deemed practical and usable by your assessor who will take on the role of the spokesperson in the NSA/sport club you choose. Your aim should be to ensure that your “spokesperson” will find this toolkit useful to support ONE engagement with a journalist or influencer.

Briefing document highlights

• Develop a briefing document, along with story pitches, to support an interview between ONE identified influencer/journalist with an identified spokesperson from the NSA/club.
• Justify why you selected this person.
• Adapt content from the message house and storytelling framework for the briefing document.
• Include recent articles/posts written by the influencers/journalists, as well as other relevant articles about the NSA/club to provide context, likely questions that might be asked, and suggested answers.
• Embed the detailed briefing document.
• Fill up the List
