  7. John wanted to buy a new car and decided to sell off the old car that his father had given him. He approached Dodgy Pte Ltd, a car dealer who offered John $15,000 for the car. John asked for $20,000 as the car had low mileage and only done 40,000km. He also told Dodgy Pte Ltd that it was an ‘excellent car”. Dodgy Pte Ltd took the car for a test drive and liked the car and so agreed to pay $20,000 for the car. Dodgy Pte Ltd has now discovered that the car has in fact, a high mileage of 200,000km. Advise Dodgy Pte Ltd if he can sue for breach of contract or any other alternative action.
