(a) Select and describe the common mistakes committed by interviewers that may be detrimental to the effectiveness of the interview. Elaborate on the mistakes highlighted and evaluate the possible implications of these mistakes. Use real-world examples in the essay. In your discussion, evaluate which groups of people are most likely to commit certain mistakes over others.
