• In describing the problem, you will find the issues noted in the Problem Analysis Exercise in the module to be useful (e.g. context, product and/or service complexity, resources, systems, sourcing/procurement or supply chain issues, performance metrics). Provide sufficient information to enable the problem to be understood.
• Consider the options available for improvement. Select, describe and justify an
  improvement strategy to re-engineer the business process, highlighting the key elements that need to change.
• Identify the most appropriate performance metrics for the process and how they will change after improvement.
• Outline the major challenges in initiating and implementing operational changes and, if appropriate, the expected or desirable timelines to initiate and implement changes.
