Mixed development is a 25-storey commercial development comprising an office block and a six-storey retail podium with two basement levels located in downtown Singapore. The development is accessible by road and MRT. Constructed in the 1990s, the building obtained TOP in 1993. You may go through the major building services discussed in unit 1 to 6 of this course and the building regulations and requirements. Answer the followings:
